Scope of Work :
  - To study the annual capital expenditure of the Corporation

  - To analyze revenue expenditure and suggest ways for better
     accounting practices and help in implementation of these
     practices  - Development of Marketing Strategy and Brand
     Positioning
  - To determine internal revenue accrual / deficit
  - To advise PMC on appropriate financial instrument for the
     projects in order to arrive at optimal socio economic benefits
  - Advisory services for Treasury Management

Entrusted with study of the cash collection and disbursement of NDMC.
 

Recommendations in enhancing the efficacy of the collections and disbursements and reducing the costs involved.
 

Finalization of the Request for Proposal document for outsourcing the cash disbursements and collections to banks.
 

Darashaw has been mandated by the corporation for preparation of the capital expenditure plan, investment and financial structuring for proposed projects in Water Supply and Sewage worth Rs. 250 Crores

Darashaw along with Hincon Techno Consult has been mandated by the corporation for preparation of the city development plan for availing of Funds under the Urban Infrastructure Development Scheme for Small and MediumTowns
